Built by developers who'd rather ship.
We turn the silent refund losses on the App Store and Google Play into recovered revenue, automatically, without the manual grind and without losing customers.
Why we built it
A few years into shipping subscription apps on iOS and Android, we noticed a quiet line item draining our payouts: refunds. Not the loud ones. The silent kind, processed in the background, that no one on the team had context for. Each one a bit of revenue gone, with no chance to respond.
We thought that was backwards. Apple sends a CONSUMPTION_REQUEST for many refunds, with a short window to respond, and Google Play opens a chargeback review for another slice. So we built Refund Sensor: it answers Apple's requests for you automatically today, and Google Play chargeback defense is live too, so you recover revenue without lifting a finger.
We're an independent team shipping in public, helping developers recover refund revenue on both stores. The goal is simple: less revenue leaking out of the App Store and Google Play, more time spent building. Refund Sensor is built and operated by Vasundhara Infotech LLP, Ahmedabad, India.

What we believe
Every refund deserves a response
Apple sends a CONSUMPTION_REQUEST; Google Play opens a chargeback review. Both close in under a day. Silence is lost revenue. We make sure none of it goes unanswered.
Your data, handled with care
We respond to Apple's refund requests without collecting your users' personal data. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, so privacy is never the trade-off.
Recover without losing customers
Fair, evidence-based responses that protect revenue without punishing genuine users. Good customer support and a healthy P&L are not at odds.
Founders first
Built by indie developers who would rather ship product than chase refunds. Less manual work, more revenue recovered, more time to build.
